Best Trade Options in the Industry

The in-house finance market has shifted toward keeping people in older vehicles for longer terms and higher payments over the past decade. It is now common at traditional buy-here, pay-here dealerships for people to sign six or even seven year loans on vehicles with well over a hundred thousand miles on them already. Six years at $650 a month is $46,800. Seven years at $550 a month is $46,200. To say it mildly, that is absurd! We are changing this trend at Benchmark with our buy-here, pay-here alternative in-house financing plans. We do this by never locking our customers into strict, long-term contracts, offering affordable payments and offering great trade incentives beginning as early as 13 months after first getting a vehicle through us.

The trade options listed below are offered to qualified customers on our standard lease plan and our three year lease plan. We have tried to explain the different trade options as clearly as possible, but please do not hesitate to let us know any questions and feel free to see dealer for complete details. We have two options for our buy-here, pay-here alternative in-house lease financing plans:

1) The Standard Plan option is listed next to each vehicle on our website. There is a purchase option with our standard plan so you can own the vehicle at the end if you like. The standard plan has three really attractive trade options where customers can get into another vehicle for as little as zero down after just 24 months!* See trade options for the standard plan below.

2) The 3 Year Plan option is designated by a green star next to each qualifying vehicle on our website. There is not a purchase option with the 3 Year Plan so you cannot own the vehicle at the end; however, the 3 Year Plan also includes attractive trade options to help you get into another vehicle for as little as zero down after just 24 months!* See trade options for the 3 year plan below.

Standard Lease Plan Trade Options :

Option 1)

After paying for 13 months on any standard lease plan, you can trade into another vehicle for half the posted down payment on any vehicle on the lot listed with a down payment up to $2,500 down on a standard lease plan. This means a vehicle with a down payment listed at $2,500 on a standard lease plan can be swapped with your old vehicle for just $1,250! You can get into higher down payment vehicles, but you will have to make up the difference above $2,500. You can also get into lower down payment vehicles, but the max discount you can receive is half the posted down payment on any given vehicle. We also discount the capitalized cost of the vehicle the matching amount we discount the down payment so the payment stays the same as what we have posted online. On the $2,500 down payment example above you would get a $1,250 discount on the down payment and capitalized cost! See rules below for more details.*

*Discounts for customers on a standard lease plan cannot be applied to the already discounted 3 year lease plan down payments for any reason, are not transferable and are not eligible for any carry forward.

Option 2)

After paying for 24 months on any standard lease plan, you can trade into another vehicle for as little as ZERO dollars down on any vehicle on the lot listed with a down payment up to $2,500 on a standard lease plan as long as your current vehicle has less than 200,000 miles. This means a vehicle with a down payment listed at $2,500 on a standard lease plan can be swapped with your old vehicle for nothing, nada, zero down! We also discount the capitalized cost of the vehicle the matching amount we discount the down payment so the payment stays the same as what we have posted online. On the $2,500 down payment example above you would get a $2,500 discount on the down payment and capitalized cost! See rules below for more details.*

Option 3)

After paying for 36 months on any standard lease plan, you can trade into another vehicle for as little as ZERO dollars down on any vehicle on the lot listed with a down payment up to $2,500 on a standard lease plan even if your current vehicle is over 200,000 miles. This means a vehicle with a down payment listed at $2,500 on a standard lease plan can be swapped with your old vehicle for nothing, nada, zero down! We also discount the capitalized cost of the vehicle the matching amount we discount the down payment so the payment stays the same as what we have posted online. On the $2,500 down payment example above you would get a $2,500 discount on the down payment and capitalized cost! See rules below for more details.*

Standard Lease Plan Trade Rules :

Standard plan discounted trade options are only available to customers who originally signed up on a standard lease plan. Discounts can only be applied to future standard lease plan down payments and cannot be applied to the already discounted 3 year plan down payments.

*This offer is only valid if the customer has taken care of the vehicle well, changed the oil every 5,000 miles or less, made payments on time, put less than 1,500 miles per month (18,000/year) on the current vehicle and maintained full coverage insurance at all times. Customers may pay a mileage penalty if over on miles and still qualify for the trade program up to 2,083 miles per month (25,000/year) on the current vehicle.

3 Year Lease Plan Incentive:

Option 1)

After paying for 24 months on any 3 year lease plan, you can trade into another vehicle for as little as ZERO dollars down on any vehicle on the lot listed with a down payment up to $2,500 on a standard lease plan as long as your current vehicle has less than 200,000 miles. This means a vehicle with a down payment listed at $2,500 on a standard lease plan can be swapped with your old vehicle for nothing, nada, zero down! We also discount the capitalized cost of the vehicle the matching amount we discount the down payment so the payment stays the same as what we have posted online. Option 2)

After completion of the 3 year lease, you can enter into a new standard lease plan on a new vehicle for for as little as ZERO dollars down on any vehicle on the lot listed with a down payment up to $2,500 on a standard lease. This means a vehicle with a down payment listed at $2,500 on a standard lease plan can be swapped with your old vehicle for nothing, nada, zero down! We also discount the capitalized cost of the vehicle the matching amount we discount the down payment so the payment stays the same as what we have posted online. Benchmark Auto Lease Details

» Standard lease plans range from 57-260 weeks and have a purchase option. 3 year lease plans are 156 weeks and do not have a purchase option. No security deposit is required. Mileage restrictions apply. See dealer for complete details.

» All leases are able to be canceled early with a termination fee.

» All vehicles listed for in-house lease financing are offered exclusively as operating leases and will have a down payment listed next to them under our inventory tab. If there is not a down payment listed, the vehicle is only available for outside financing or cash sale.

» Alternative financing options are available. All advertised payments are subject to change based on qualifications, contingent upon approval and may not apply to each individual.
